Tortugabackpackss ships travel gear from our fulfillment location in Pasadena, California. We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on a weekend, or on a federal holiday enter processing on the next business day.
Total delivery time is calculated as processing time plus transit time: 1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = 4–7 business days total.
Carriers and Tracking
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for standard deliveries. The carrier shown at checkout or in your shipment confirmation email controls your shipment. When your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information becomes active after the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. The checkout page shows the product price and shipping charge before you submit your order. We do not add hidden shipping or handling fees after checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address, email info@tortugabackpackss.my before 2:00 PM PT on the order date. After the order ships, address changes are handled under the carrier’s rules and cannot be guaranteed.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us so we can open a carrier trace. If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and box. We file the carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
Travel Gear Notes
Airline carry-on and personal item limits vary by airline, aircraft, and fare class. Check your airline’s current size and weight rules before ordering. Packing cubes and compression bags are travel organization tools; their fit depends on the bag or suitcase you use.
