- Agreement. By using tortugabackpackss.my or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
- Who we are. Tortugabackpackss is an online travel gear retailer located at 206 S Marengo Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101, United States. You can contact us at info@tortugabackpackss.my or +1 626-823-2562.
- Products. We sell carry-on travel backpacks, personal item bags, packing cubes, compression bags, and travel organization accessories. We describe products on each product page. If a product description contains a material error, we correct it or cancel the order and refund the payment.
- Orders. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the item is in stock. We cancel orders when an item is out of stock, payment is declined, or billing or shipping information cannot be verified. We notify you by email and refund the payment.
- Prices and fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout page shows the product price and shipping charge before you submit your order. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. We do not add hidden charges after checkout.
- Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We charge your payment method when you place the order. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Shipping. We ship within the contiguous United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery takes 4–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Returns and refunds. We offer a 30-calendar-day return window. Returns are by mail. We provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee or reset fee. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Cancellations. You can cancel before 2:00 PM PT on the order date by emailing info@tortugabackpackss.my. If the order has shipped, use the return process.
- Your responsibilities. You provide accurate account, payment, and shipping information. You use the site for lawful purposes. You do not place fraudulent orders or misuse returns.
- Prohibited conduct. You do not copy, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the site. You do not upload viruses or harmful code. You do not use the site to violate any law.
- Intellectual property. The Tortugabackpackss name, logos, photos, text, and site design belong to Tortugabackpackss. You do not copy or use them without written permission.
- Third-party services. Payment processors and shipping carriers provide their own services and terms. We are not responsible for their independent actions.
- Site availability. We do not promise that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. We correct material errors when we identify them.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to an order does not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.
- Indemnification. If you violate these Terms or misuse the site, you agree to indemnify Tortugabackpackss for resulting claims and costs.
- Governing law. California law governs these Terms. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
- Changes. We update these Terms when our services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The Last updated date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
